About myself:: I am a former Equities Trader in NYC. For several years I have been wishing my company would be bought by a European bank and I get to transfer overseas. Instead, due to the financial debacle going on in the states and NYC in particular, my company had layoffs end of last year and I got my wish in a different form. So now, I get to travel the world as I always wanted to, but with the intention of also giving back personally instead of financially.

My plans for the future include:: Moving to France for an unknown period of time and enhance my basic French knowledge to semi-fluency. Or, at the minimum, to learn a second language, somewhere.
